SONIK VIBE, SONIK VUE, SONIK.FM and AMERICAN EPISODES are entertainment productions of SONIK VUE, Inc.  All music content streaming through this website currently is under direct licensing agreements with the content owner and/or aggragators, being negotiated for content licensing, and/or is a MP4 video or MP3 music audio resource for professional DJs (licensed to radio FM or AM broadcast stations, internet radio streaming stations, satellite radio, club, bar, lounge, mobile & music entertainers) in which the company pays a reoccurring licensing fee for professional streaming purposes; or is pulling and displaying video and audio music content pursuant to API developer guidelines as established by the source or provider of music and video content.

The services and resources used herein are made available under current and specific licenses and permissions granted by the original copyright holders and/or their consigns under usage and display definitions in accordance with United States Copyright Code, Title 17; §106(4,5) and §114(b) respectively, and for use in ASCAP, BMI and SESAC compliant venues within the United States and other authorized countries alone.

LIVE TV NETWORK STREAMING SERVICE

SONIK VUE, Inc. (and affiliated trade-names) streams licensed content or has subscribed to various content streaming licenses (with Pluto TV, FilmOn Media Network, Inc. and others) to provide its website viewers quality programming.  YouTube, Vimeo, Vevo, Last FM and similar content appearing and/or streaming through this website platform complies with API developer guidelines. As such, streaming content which appears herein has been properly aggregated and licensed to stream (which may contain periodic advertisements appearing on such content) through its content aggragators and or official content under the authority of the record labels.

SONIK VIBE and SONIK VUE, Inc. takes pride in providing mainstream music and television content network channels as a complimentary service and provide optional premium features that is not related to the sale or accessing licensed content; rather offering an optional premium subscription fee for viewers and listeners to manage the licensed content. Embedded content or music backgrounds contained within company produced video content appearing on SONIK VUE follows developer API guidelines as established by YouTube, Vevo, Vimeo, Last FM, Spotify and other content and music aggragators.

PUBLIC DOMAIN DOCTRINE

SONIK VUE, Inc. produces original content for its documentary productions; namely for “AMERICAN EPISODES”.  As such, a great deal of the content appearing in videos, footage, trailers and music videos produced by the company is captured under “the public domain doctrine” (as traditional mainstream news media companies capture content for live and re-broadcast news).

​SONIK VUE, Inc. (via its internet trade-names of SONIK VUE, SONIK VIBE, SONIK TUBE, SONIK.NEWS, SONIK RADIO, SONIK.FM and AMERICAN EPISODES) is an online service provider as defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.  We provide legal copyright owners with the ability to self-publish on the internet by uploading, storing and displaying various media utilizing our services. We do not monitor, screen or otherwise review the media which is uploaded to our servers by users of the service. We take copyright violation very seriously and will vigorously protect the rights of legal copyright owners. If you are the copyright owner of content which appears on the www.sonikvibe.com and www.sonikvue.com websites and you did not authorize the use of the content under API developer guidelines, you must notify SONIK VIBE, Inc. in writing in order for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and take action.

In order to more easily facilitate the process we have provided a form for your use on our contact us page. We will be unable to take any action if you do not provide us with the required information so please fill out all fields accurately and completely. Alternatively you may make a written notice via email, facsimile or postal mail to the DMCA AGENT as listed below. Your written notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner which expressly claims an exclusive right that

  • is allegedly being infringed.

  • Specific identification of the copyrighted work which you are alleging to have been infringed. If you are alleging infringement of multiple copyrighted works with a single notification you must submit a representative list which specifically identifies each of the works that you allege are being infringed.

  • Specific identification of the location and description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity with enough detailed information to permit Mobility Television, Inc. to locate the material. You should include the specific URL or URLs of the web pages where the allegedly infringing material is located.

  • Information reasonably sufficient to allow SONIK VUE, Inc. to contact the complaining party which may include a name, address, telephone number and electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please also note that under applicable law, 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
